Medicine That Sees You Whole.

The physician behind Ageless Architect, and what drives every protocol she builds.

About

Dr. Nataliya Bocharova is a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing at the intersection of longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and regenerative medicine. She built Ageless Architect to offer something the conventional system rarely does: a physician who treats the whole person, not just the lab value.

A Physician Who Lives What She Practices

Dr. B doesn't just study these conditions. She has lived them. Her work is built on the understanding that optimal health is not a destination you reach once. It is something you maintain, protect, and continue to build with the right guidance, the right diagnostics, and a physician who pays attention.

A Career Built on Precision and Purpose

Dr. Bocharova is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and completed her Internal Medicine residency in Miami. She also holds certifications in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from ABAARM and in Aesthetic and Procedural Medicine from AAOPM.* She is a collaborator with the Longevity Doctors consortium and is licensed in multiple states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Her undergraduate work in Behavior, Genetics and Neurobiology laid the foundation for an integrative approach that has only deepened with years of clinical practice. She speaks three languages: English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and has built a patient base that spans the country, drawn by her reputation for listening carefully and acting precisely. *The specialty recognition identified herein has been received from a private organization not affiliated with or recognized by the Florida Board of Medicine.

“The body is always trying to tell you something. My job is to help you understand what it is saying, and then build a plan that actually addresses it.”

“Most of my patients come to me after years of being told their labs are normal. Normal is not optimal. Optimal is what we are building toward.”

Your questions, answered.

New to longevity medicine or telehealth? Here are the questions we hear most often from patients just like you.

Still have questions? Reach out and we will walk through everything together.

What happens during the first consultation?

New patients start with either the 30-minute Initial Medical & Longevity Consultation or the 60-minute Comprehensive Longevity & Precision Medicine Assessment, which also includes a written Longevity Roadmap. Both begin with a thorough review of your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and any previous lab work or diagnoses. Dr. Bocharova listens first. From there, she maps out which diagnostic panels make sense for your situation and outlines a preliminary direction. You leave with a clear understanding of what comes next.

Most primary care visits last 10 to 15 minutes and rely on basic bloodwork. Dr. Bocharova runs comprehensive biomarker panels, offers first visits of up to 60 minutes, and designs protocols that address root causes rather than masking symptoms. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM), giving her a clinical depth that most telehealth providers cannot match.

Timelines vary by condition and protocol. No specific result is guaranteed. Your follow-up schedule is set at your first visit. Dr. Bocharova tracks your biomarkers quarterly so progress is never guesswork. Every protocol is adjusted based on real data.
